In our quest to understand more about Malaysia and the countries of SE Asia, the MCG holds regular lectures which are most of the times also open to the public. Special activities are very often arranged to coincide with Chinese, Indian, Malay and other indigenous groups religious and cultural holidays.
  Examples of recent lectures and tours:-
 
  • silk production in Thailand

  • a walking tour of Kampung Baru

  • Nine Emperor Gods festival

  • the Goroka festival in Papua New Guinea

  • a morning with author Dr. Lee Su Kim

   
   
  Meet for lectures at 10am for informal drinks and snacks. Lectures begin at 10:30am. In general Member donations are RM15 and guests are RM25.
