Restaurant Puti Bungsu is one of the few restaurants serving authentic MinangKabau food in Malaysia. The recipes of most of the dishes have been inherited from the ancestors which make this restaurant’s food have its own unique taste. Sometimes the ingredients must be brought from Indonesia as they can’t find the similar taste here even though the name of the spice is the same. This restaurant still holds on to it’s own way of serving. The men carry the plates of food in one arm,  at least 10 or 16 plates on one hand !!!

Because of its location near the Twin Towers,  the restaurant is full around the clock.

Favorite dishes on the day of the Enak:

– Gulai Tunjang: Tendon/muscle cook with coconut milk and more than 10 spices and 2 leaves

– Sambal Goreng Terong:  Fried eggplant  blend with fried chilli and fried onion
