November Enak held on Thursday 12th, 2015 at Simply Mel’s at the Sphere in Bangsar South was a fun event. We not only had the opportunity to learn from the owner, Chef Melba Nunis, about her Portuguese-Malaccan heritage but a chance to taste the unique Kristang cuisine.
The Enak members were all fascinated by her presentation and really enjoyed a variety of her signature dishes such as Mama Mercy’s Fish Croquettes, Keluak Kari Ayam, Pineapple Sambal with prawns, Kari Seccu, Chap Chai, Sugee Cake & Sago Biji Gula Melaka. I'm really glad that everyone had a good time. My special thanks go to Suparna, Vivin and my friend Shirley who had helped me tremendously to make it happen!
